Psychotherapy & Psychological Evaluations
Generally, the international insurance plans we accept typically cover 90%-100% of our psychotherapy and psychological evaluation fees. There may be some exceptions to this, so please provide our staff with your insurance details and we can contact your insurance for you to determine the specifics of your insurance policy coverage details.
In psychotherapy, you will be treated based on the diagnosis evaluated in your first session and the sessions are tailored to help reduce symptoms and meet your goals. Since this service provides treatments for mental health diagnoses, you will be able to use your insurance to get covered for the services.
Wellness Counseling
Wellness counseling is tailored to help people live more fulfilling and healthy lives. In wellness counseling sessions, our therapists do not evaluate or necessarily treat for mental health diagnoses. Insurance companies typically do not cover these types of sessions and thus, we do not use your insurance and offer out-of-pocket and sliding scale fees.
Some general topics that are covered in wellness counseling include fostering healthy coping skills, interpersonal relationships, and self-improvement.
